Information We Collect

We will use the list of contacts you have shared with us for the purpose of finding matches for you in your social circles. We will never contact any of your contacts ourselves.
There is no legal obligation for you to provide us with your information, and the provision of the information depends on your will and consent. If you do not agree to provide the information, in whole or in part, certain aspects of the Services may not be available to you.
There is certain information that may be automatically collected by us about your computer, browser, operating system, IP address and/or mobile device, as well as your location.
How we protect your information
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How We Use Information
We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We use your Personal Information in order to provide you with our Services. We will only share your phone number with a User, if you have consented to it by clicking on a dedicated link. Using our artificial intelligence system, which analyzes the contacts you have shared and finds you matches in your wide social circles, we will inform you which of your contacts and/or social circles are shared by you and that certain User with whom you phone number was shared. By providing us with your contact list, you represent that you have received their consent to such delivery.
The following persons have authorized access to Personal Information: all Company staff members who work on the development of the Services. We may add or remove additional individuals with access rights, according to our business needs.
We may transfer your information to:
Companies affiliated with us, or suppliers and/or subcontractors, such as suppliers who collect, process and/or host data for us, e.g. suppliers of cloud storage services. We will require our affiliated companies, suppliers and/or subcontractors to act according to our privacy protection procedures.
Business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered on our Services. You will know when a third party is associated with an offer of a product or service when its name appears in the offer, alone or together with our name. Referral to other websites. If you were referred to our services from another website (for example, via a link), we may share certain information about you with the referring website. In addition, when you enter our partners' websites using a link provided by us, we provide that partner with a unique identifier so that they know you were referred to them from us. This unique identifier will not contain any of your Personal Information.
In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, we may compile anonymized and/or deidentified statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information does not indicate individuals’ identities, and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. Correcting or Updating your Information
We allow you to view the information you provided during registration and to alter any data, inaccuracies or errors. To request such access, or correct, update, or amend your personal information please contact us by using the Services interface.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our Services. If you wish to close your account or request that we not use your information to provide you with the Services, please contact us at the email address listed above. We will retain your information and use it as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Also, we do not delete information regarding actions that include interaction with other Users and log events. We will also keep the phone number of Users who requested to be deleted for a certain period after the deletion request, to make sure that we will not contact them. Additionally, we are not responsible for the information retained by Apple messages(or any other messaging app that may use the Ellie Bot). We cannot recover deleted information.
Communications
We may send you messages via email as well as SMS messages, Apple messages (or any another messaging application) or other messages about us or about our products and services. By accepting our Terms of Use (including the terms of this Privacy Policy) or using the Services, you agree to receive such commercial communications. You can remove your personal details from our mailing list and stop receiving messages from us in the future, by deleting your profile through the main menu in Apple messages, or in another messaging application where the Ellie Bot is used, or through a help request in the same menu. Please note that we reserve the right to send you messages related to the Services, including service messages and administrative messages, relating to your account, without offering you the option to cancel receiving them, unless you close your account.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, and we encourage you to review it periodically. If material changes are made to the privacy policy that concern the reduction of your rights or a different use of your Personal Information, a notice will be published on the Services.
